Hylton Lea has joined Le Métier de Beauté as global director of skincare. He will oversee all skincare business development, as the brand prepares new initiatives and strategies. Prior to joining Le Métier de Beauté, Lea served as the North American sales director for Erno Laszlo and senior vice president communications and business development with ReVive Skincare. He also served as cosmetics manager at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, CA.
